Hello, students! The end-of-the-year class survey for the 2015-2016 school year is ready for your input. I will be giving extra credit points to any students who complete the survey by next Tuesday, so to receive the extra credit, your response must be received by May 31.
There are no penalties here for honesty, so please be detailed and descriptive with your suggestions and criticisms, as I thrive on good feedback to make this class better.
